Where can I build a nice, professional fan site on the web. for free?

I’m trying to start a fan site on the Internet, but is there a place where I can do it for free and still have the site looking nice and Professional?

Or, if you don’t know of any free ones, can you tell me where to go to make a web site but for a cheap price? But I’d like it to be free. If not then that’s fine.

    The site and it requires software nothing is not free web hosting is not free there are those that offer free there are not free last you have the site and it requires software nothing.
