There are so many out there, I know you want to own your own, but shouldn’t you first join one, see how it operates, and make friends there. You will see what is needed in a fan fiction site, and with your friends that you’ve made at that site, you can ask them to also visit yours. Im sure you will also find people there who are willing to join with you
